@GiladF can look up timelines of his other SPACs, though this is probably more complicated (healthcare regulations). govt shutdowns likely also caused delays , along with all the market uncertainties (if trying to get PIPE investors)

I figure if deal wasn&#39;t going through, it would&#39;ve been cancelled by now, and OnMed wouldn&#39;t be in such a frenzy with hiring and expansion. If deal is successful, they get $300M cash + any PIPE. likely much less investor interest if they try traditional IPO.
