Ideal solution here is that they buy out the preferred shares at par value (25) plus accrued dividends (~2 per share) and then the commons can be rerated appropriately. 

Either way this is an easy hold for me longer term across both share classes.

But with that in mind at a $27 value and here we are wanting to go low 18&#39;s...33% discount 🤔 could just be normal market shenanigans/manipulation but like i said hope im not missing something
