$CISS Can someone explain the $IMPP sec filing it says that $IMPP has 9.9million shares but in 26 Jan filing $CISS said there were only 1.23million shares outstanding. Is the $IMPP sec filing talking in terms of pre RS shares. Or this just BS trying to move the market? Something does not add up here!

@HaroldH They always file this to blur things up. IMPP has 20$ Mn in preferred perpetual which are exchangeable to commons at its will with exchange price adjustable always at the lowest of last equity offering and some moving average. What they show is IMPP ownership if they exchanged to commons. But they won’t since this only exist to raise cash from retail..
