@BioCEOsSukk thx for the update. If insurance company doesn’t want to go to trial then they are concerned the judgement will go against them and result more than  the stated policy amount. If remember correctly was for $200M. I’m not sure if 200m would cover all the claims for money owed creditors and where on the pecking list shareholders reside? 
This is all way above my pay grade so I’m very appreciative of your insight into this complex legal BK settlement case.

@Headinghigher from what I understand total allowed claims well below the $200m policy limits. Plus don&#39;t forget we still have Virex and a $1.34b NOL. IMO it&#39;s why they kept us alive!

So it&#39;d be:

Unsecured Creditors and interest:

Final fees (lot have been paid already)

They kept the trading restriction because: to protect the NOL, there can&#39;t be an ownership change. So if Creditors paid in full cash, we&#39;d get  at least 50 percent of Virex NOL Newco.

PRE BK EQUITY has to hold at least 50 percent of Newco, which I believe would be kept private so there&#39;s not an accidental ownership change.

IMO if this works out we&#39;d get leftover cash after creditors and final fees and at least 50 percent of Newco lottery ticket. IMO as well they could have easily sold Virex to pay Creditors and remaining fees ages ago but didn&#39;t...
