JDZG, MNDR, MTEN etc.) The difference is when it is normally a stock that is designed to pump and dump their business licenses (as all the examples I listed above) are registered in the Caymen Islands.

FLYE speculation is over. The drop never had to do with UL certifications, the company being a scam etc.. the underwriter, "The Benchmark Company" exercised their over-allotment option. Within the 30 day time period of launching the ipo. Releasing 337,500 new shares onto the market. Raising the total tradeable shares from 2,250,000 to 2,587,500.

3) Timely Financial Reporting Issue:  
This issue was laid out in their prospectus under the &quot;Risk Factors&quot; sections. Essentially they are not very familiar with U.S. GAAP accounting and SEC reporting, which causes them to be untimely with their financial reporting. They are working to resolve the issue. Including paying for proper training. But improvement has yet to be seen.

So At This Point You&#39;re Probably Wondering What Is Congestion Pricing and How Does It Support Micromobility? 
 
Congestion Pricing is essentially a tax on using gas powered vehicles within areas the city enacts/enforces Congestion Pricing in. From what I&#39;ve gathered, it sounds a lot like a toll road, but ebikes would be exempt from paying this toll. Thus, Incentivizing electric vehicles and public transit like busses for example (which are also exempt from the toll). Ultimately the goal is to reduce cars and trucks in general, but with a particular emphasis on gas powered vehicles.

Congestion Pricing is essentially a tax on using gas powered vehicles within areas the city enacts/enforces Congestion Pricing in.
