$OPEN The problem (one of them) is that Kaz hasn't provided the where, when and how the product that $OPEN is going to deliver. Is $OPEN going to render the agents, the mortgage brokers, the closing firms obsolete? Is $OPEN going to tokenize realestate? Is $OPEN going to be a marketplace for listers, buyers, renters, foreclosures, tax liens? We are 1-year under Kaz and just not seeing the strategic road map nor the tactical action...

$OPEN explain your logic. Strong $1.88B in WORKING capital, experienced leadership, $4MM from adjusted EBITDA breakeven, improving margin profit, creating AI efficiency, etc.. I have yet to have a bear give me a valid reason.
