$IREN Printed $137.2 million for the June quarter, about where the street sat, and down from $144.8 million three months ago. The mix is the story. AI Cloud did $70.5 million against $66.7 million of mining, so the compute business is the bigger half of the company for the first time. Revenue still went backward, because mining is coming out faster than AI is going in. That's the air pocket they've been describing for three quarters.

The full year loss is $702.6 million and $638.8 million of it is impairment on Bitcoin hardware they chose to unplug, $450.4 million of that in this quarter alone. Nobody should be surprised by a number management scheduled. The adjusted EBITDA squeeze is the more interesting line: $19.2 million against $59.5 million last quarter, with headcount nearly tripled on the year and five new C-suite seats filled. They are paying for a cloud company that doesn't have its revenue yet.

The rest of the quarter: Horizon 1 delivered and accepted by Microsoft on August 13, Horizon 2 in commissioning, Horizons 3 and 4 in late-stage build for Q4. Mirantis and Nostrum both closed, which puts software and a European footprint under the platform. And a new multiyear contract with a frontier lab they didn't name.

The financing deserves a minute. The $3.6 billion Microsoft GPU facility priced at under 6%, and with the customer prepayment behind it covers nearly all of the capex on that deployment. The $2.4 billion for the Mackenzie air-cooled expansion, led by Blue Owl and PIMCO, priced at 9.0% fixed and funds 90% of its GPU capex. Same company, same equipment, more than three hundred basis points apart. That's the credit market pricing each tenant in public, for free.

Which leaves the number that actually matters. Operating ARR is $1 billion as of August 26. The target is $4 billion running by December 31. Four months, and it goes entirely through Horizons 2 through 4 landing on schedule. They have $14 billion of cash, committed GPU debt and prepayments behind it, and 2026 capacity is largely sold out. The contracts are done and the money is committed. The rest is whether the racks come up on time, and Horizon 1 says they can.

Here is the skinny 👇
Don’t listen to FUD bears

StockTwits for iOS

$IREN It honestly shows how volatile these thoughts could be. I used to run and investor relations company. Back in the day a penny stock that did 137 million was a big deal. And probably had a market cap of $500 million. I don't know when the stock but I do own $WULF and $CIFR and my long accounts at a lot less than where they're trading. I did cash out on both at the top. GLTA.
