The obvious point here is that litigation based on allegations of fraud is a huge red flag for most individuals and corporate entities when determining whether to invest in, acquire, or partner with anyone or anything. Even without the litigation and allegations of fraud there’s really been nothing here for years aside from websites, internal M&amp;As, tokens, flashy keywords in investment decks, and occasional updates that say nothing substantive. Prove me wrong
