This despite the cash raise and cut down of less than half ownership (2x dilution).

@LudwigVanBeethoven management paid up for a lot of shares, and let’s not forget Kukes owned around 65% of PED. Agree this deal introduces risk. But also potential for greater reward. I don’t smell anything untoward. Whether or not it works out remains to be seen

what I don&#39;t like .. I have written (debt, share) and now they have to prove they are genuine and successful.  
However, due to their new real biz, they need more WC and the consolidated balance sheet (joint company) is worse than before.

@LudwigVanBeethoven totally agree. This is likely Not ending up Well for the Company, and if Not for the company then for retail. In combination with the bearish economic Outlook for the US it is a dead horse. I cut my losses here and Moved on.

@LudwigVanBeethoven @Chiroptera_Capital Working capital is already available, they had $10M in cash, $33M they could draw on revolving credit with an additional line of $130M approved if they want it.  They also are/have adding a plethora of wells 28 wells came/coming in with late Q1 early Q2 there 4 wells a year 50/50 split will be in with the NM partner.   I am good with everything happening, if it weren&#39;t for the Covid farce they would be in a far different situation, but you cannot fight crazy feeble Presidents or their babysitters.
