$MVST Quick liquidty breakdown…At the end of Q3, we currently had $114.7M in cash, restricted cash, and short term investments ($89.2M was of cash/cash equivilants and restricted cash). Total outstanding debt was $99.5M of which only $5M was due in Q4 2023. Another $25M will be due by 2024YE and $10M by 2025YE. All debt is related to the China facilities and has no recourse to Clarksville (or any of the other US facilities). There is no leverage related to any of our US holdings! We still have $70M remaining on our China Bank revolver and approximately $35M of this will be used for Huzhou Phase 3.2. 
 
Bankrupty or funding China operations isnt’t the issue here, financing the Clarksville expansion is. Finishing construction, installing the equipment, getting high utilizaiton and good yield is key in securing funding at the best rates (according to Craig). We’re paying 3-5% on our existing revolver (over half of it is at a fixed rate), so getting something similair would be ideal.

@gfigo As long there are no more delays and SOP remains scheduled for Q2 2024, getting project financing shouldn’t be an issue with over $300M in projects lined up with high utilization. The 53.5amp cells also command high yields, so it all comes down to whether we stay on track with that timeline.  
 
I’m also following the USPS NGDV fleet delivery which has been finalized for June 2024 delivery, since all our delays have corresponded with that going back to 2022.
