The LOI is for BLFR to form a Partnership with $WINH. BLFR proposes its current operating assets located in Bedias Creek and Gin Creek South Texas for WINH to test and extract lithium deposits for a 50/50 net profit split from all extracted lithium sold. Furthermore, the Company proposes its future acquisitions on operating assets by WINH providing 20% of the required equity from the Company’s 80% secured private credit to purchase the operating assets.
