$STOK is off 26% over the last 4 weeks. As near as we can tell, the evidence suggests STOK&#39;s Zorevunersen is as likely to be approved for Dravet as any peer submission targeting any non-oncology disease/condition. 
 
The graph compares STOK analyst consensus revenue estimates v $IRON which, as we understand it, also anticipates approval in the near-term. More important, analysts project both to generate roughly the same revenues over the next 9 years. Analysts project STOK to outsell IRON by roughly 10% yet STOK now trades at a meaningfully lower valuation. Revenue multiples are provided. More than 10 analysts cover both &amp; at least 6 for each provide projections through FY35. 
 
We&#39;re unaware of either&#39;s anticipated gross manufacturing margins.

Disc has two programs in P2, Stoke has nil though they has been promising a second program for quite a while. One-trick pony is always worth less than the whole circus. The risks are a factor. Should anything happen to the Dravet program (and there are some safety concerns), Stoke&#39;s value would be near zero. Bitopertin is imperfect too but Disc has two more reasonable and valuable programs.

@Night_Owl_Biotech They were at EEG early September with abstracts released in August. Lundbeck, their main competitor, was also there. I don&#39;t follow Stoke&#39;s story closely but reading the abstracts I&#39;m a bit surprised that only a few patients tolerated the loading dose selected for the P3 trial. Antisense delivery to the brain is problematic. Ultragenyx&#39;s failure in Angelman is a recent example. Come to think of it, that may have affected Stoke&#39;s share price.

I&#39;m glad you&#39;re still here. I have to tell you that, while it has been a great year for bio, my patience is wearing thin with my larger bio holdings, especially in oncology. I don&#39;t understand why these commercial-stage oncology focused bios like SNDX don&#39;t exit. The odds of scoring new cancer drug approvals are dismal. Of course perhaps I am just getting too old to keep pace :)

I'm glad you're still here. I have to tell you that, while it has been a great year for bio, my patience is wearing thin with my larger bio holdings, especially in oncology. I don't understand why these commercial-stage oncology focused bios like SNDX don't exit. The odds of scoring new cancer drug approvals are dismal. Of course perhaps I am just getting too old to keep pace :)
