Whatever happened with the shareholder&#39;s meeting where a vote to release lender shares in exchange for a drop in interest rates from 18% to 12% was in motion? 
 
Anyone have any ideas?

@OldSheldon   HHCF gave them waivers such that they might just wait until the regular annual meeting.  They could have a special meeting, but it does not look required (if I read the waiver correctly)

@Stradella You&#39;re right. They probably will schedule the meeting for February. That way HHCF continues to collect their 18% a bit longer. 
 
Once earnings for Q4 come out, I expect the pps to move up significantly. It&#39;s a 100% orchestrated play. 
 
In the meantime someone is holding the pps down artificially to collect on tax loss sellers. 
 
All we can do is wait...
