$GEO I need a $45 GEO stock price to be able to place my order in for my new 2027 Porsche 911 Targa (MSRP $204,000). It’s all spec’d out with all my options. I call the color GEO metallic.

$GEO Zoley spoke about this in the last earnings call. It is part of the transcript. The latest DHS contract opp is for the 4 facilities listed on the RFI from July. The existing contracts for those facilities are all ending within the next 4-6 weeks. The opp is for contractor owned and/or government owned facilities. But, those contracts have to be awarded before any sales occur. The opp expires on Sept 18th. I would expect 1-2 week after for DHS to award the contracts. So, that puts the earliest any potential sales happen the first week of Oct. I think I posted that Sept options are risky. Not sure about Oct. Nov should be safe.

$GEO This is to develop Gov owned properties. It is replacing the failed warehouse plan. You are right, it will have no impact on facility sales. Sales are needed for multiple reasons. Number one is to prevent states from impeding detention thru inspections and other regulations.

$GEO I've read the various summaries as reported by other MSM outlets. From a GEO and therefor a deportation perspective, Korey really screwed up both. The warehouse idea wasn't fully thought thru. I would suspect that Korey may have received some kind of kickbacks from those deals. The revocation of or reduction in contracts/biz from all DHS vendors, not just Geo, again, just slowed everything down so he allegedly could be in the money flow. I am of the opinion that the deportation numbers would be much higher if Korey/Barbie never ever had anything to do with DHS.

$GEO bought a few more but im hoping they hold it down for the week. Im anticipating the sale to happening next week. Would like to start buying healthy next week at a good price 🙏
