Therefore, as per the above, the BVI entity could easily fire and replace the Board if there ever was a reverse split attempted and documentation finalised. The BVI entity did not buy all those shares only to see it get diluted. 
 
Beneficial ownership here dictates who strikes the firing shots and in the case of GDC, its the BVI institutional entity and the &#39;rinse -repeat&#39; to my mind has evaporated. 
 
I am hoping for a short squeeze on Monday and even better if its a massive one. The very best of luck to everyone here.
