@QQQSPYDIA In my opinion, he went short on Strata simply because the stock touched its yearly highs, without truly understanding what the company is today and what the real situation looks like. 
 
He writes those things to influence others and make more money from his short position, but on SRTA that kind of statement is hard to support. 
 
Over the last year, important institutional investors have entered and have been accumulating. Strata is supported by around 80% institutional ownership, backed by serious investors. 
 
Saying it is not a good company, without serious data, is like saying Elon Musk does not know how to do business. You can think that, but maybe you are missing the hard facts. 
 
I will just agree with you and move on. 
 
But if you know something deeper that could blow the whole thesis apart, I am all ears. Tell me everything, because I have a lot of money invested in SRTA and I want to know every real risk;)...

@Stockpooper30 @velibior i would love to hear the bull case here. I remain net long but decreased my exposure last week - yes near the yearly high. I think they have an interesting thesis and angle but ARK is just one example of an institutional investor that has completely divested. Renaissance has decreased their position by 20% QoQ. And there are other examples of institutions pulling out. Their earnings have not been impressive which means they have not been executing well. 

And for context I have been a holder for 2+ years since this was $BLDE
