$AMPX tbe previous shelf registration simply expired and has now been renewed. This is a routine regulatory procedure. It does not mean that new shares have been issued or that dilution is imminent. But of course, it was completely predictable that the usual screaming and whining would start all over again. Now we're going to hear that Amprius is garbage, that the stock will never recover, that the company is heading straight for bankruptcy, and that everything is a complete disaster. Blah, blah, blah. Some people seem to be desperately waiting for any excuse to turn every announcement into a doomsday scenario. Maybe they should try understanding the facts before getting hysterical again. But hey, at least we finally have a negative headline! Maybe the stock will shoot straight up to $25 now! 🤣🚀

$AMPX Like it or not, we have to be investors. Short term, the stock is broken. Think about all the good news coming not counting the EVTOL partnerships & robotics. Also, management says there may be opportunities in the data centers. We have good management who seems to be making all right moves; and bottom line we have the technology and maybe more importantly scalability. There's a lot to be thankful for. Just for the record, I would like $30 tomorrow too ;^)

AMPX has very low debt, rapidly growing revenue, and a gross margin that is rapidly improving on scale and product market demand pricing! The CEO and PR/IR need to get this stock in front of more investors! gltal

$AMPX You're not alone. AMPX is extremely strong business wise, product wise and on the supply chain side. There are plenty of crack pots. I invest in ARBE and that board has one person, 9 banned previous accounts, makes conversation with himself daily while spread FUD daily to almost 2 years.
