$ARE Analysts should have already known about the declining growth of biotech in the sense that that it couldn't continue infinitely expanding at the rate it did in 2021. and they were kind of idiots to think otherwise. The 10-year historical average of price to FFO is 18.4x, in 2021 it was 24.2x, in 2024, it was 12.4x which was already about 30% lower than average. Right now we're sitting at about 6.4x which is half of what it was in 2024. I think to any reasonable analyst, which is quite hard to find nowadays, they would honestly I can continuously project a fair price to FFO range even with the current headwinds at around 9 to 12x.
