It seems that no announcement  has ever served as a catalyst for Blis in any shape or form. I have been waiting and watching but it appears the Saudi deal has gone silent. Where did that end up? Anyone? I watch on I hub, Stocktwits and anywhere else for any hope for this. Nada. 
Has it turned into the common Pink sheet special that we all are accustomed to seeing ? I mean a gun that shoots by looking around a corner and a pending deal for 375 Mil that was looking like it was all but done, is a pretty big deal.
Now nothing but radio silence and late reporting does not bode well at this point unfortunately.
