Bought an extra 1,000 shares of $HELP and $CMPS near market lows today. Up to 33,500 shares of CMPS and 22,600 shares of HELP, which is more than I wanted but this dip is dipping.

$HELP predictable pre-catalyst FUD. if you are newer to biotech catalyst trading, mark the ‘feeling’ you have today… and buy the biotechs you like whenever you recognize this same feeling… it’s purposely designed to get you to sell, and it usually occurs predictably in most worthwhile tickers and typically close to data. If you aren’t overly frustrated or fearful at some point, it’s probably not a stock that will pay you well, or it’s still too early in the timeline. Stages of accumulation designed to get various retail personalities to predictably sell- 1) pay you more and more, then 2) flush momentum traders from 1 by boring you to death with a pattern that seems unbreakable, then 3) scare you as much as possible on low volume days when accumulation is almost over and their positions are locked. $HELP the dip this week has been due to bond yields. Nothing to do with the stock or the broader psychedelics sector at all. They should pull back Monday with an announcement from the White House on an oil flow again deal they are considering with Iran. Halstead buying a 100k shares at 13.47 tells you all you need to know. MAHA Summit next week and then we are in the data drop window with great odds (60-70 percent) for a 2-4x ($25-$50 a share). Today is the day to load.

$HELP $CMPS now is the time to buy it might get lower too - but we know what we own. In terms of risk, HELP is literally the same compound (clinically speaking) following the same phase 2 design - BOTH are going to be great. $HELP four executives bought ~$8.4M of stock on the open market in the last month: co-founder/exec chair Eric So $3.6M (Sept 1–8), chief growth officer Paul Glavine $3.5M (Aug 31–Sept 8), CEO Michael Halstead $1.35M (Sept 21, more than doubling his stake), and CFO Greg Cavers $39K (Sept 29). None of it was under 10b5-1 plans. That's the C-suite putting real money in ahead of the Q4 APPROACH Phase 3 topline readout. Interesting signal of management confidence into a binary event. We shall see if it proves to be warranted?

$HELP they rebranded because they're now a pre -commercial company. Phase 3 is good. Golden here.

$HELP If Phase 3 data shows efficacy that is merely EQUAL to current therapies, HLP003 should still win commercially because current medications come with debilitating side effects that ruin patient compliance. $HELP I'm still down from my average $13 but this is why I load the boat. When a good stock moves, it moves and KEEPS On Moving. I'm waiting for Phase 3 results for my $30 per share then hanging on for more. Do your own due diligence. No Financial Advice. IMO.

$HELP just for context we are here. It’s not the end of the world, just people trying to short a breakthrough therapy. They will need this therapy when they have to cover.

$HELP Maybe next week we can have some follow through and get in the $15 range. The Phase 3 results can come at anytime although most think in the first two weeks of November (and that sounds right to me) as they need time to analyze the data and double check it. I'm hoping results are great and they are trying to shop the company to find a buyer among Big Pharma for a buyout. Then I would not have to work so hard researching this stock 24/7, and maybe take a vacation as I need one. IMO.
