IREN Limited

IRENs quarterly results and call dominate discussion: traders cite rapid AI-cloud growth, a larger backlog and new customer contracts, while the delayed rollout of its contracted revenue target and substantial remaining funding needs weigh on sentiment amid a broader selloff in AI and data-center stocks. Bulls view the business momentum as a buying opportunity and anticipate a rebound, while bears focus on execution and financing risks and question whether the earnings strength can support the share price.

Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 - Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1

A sharp tech-led selloff has driven QQQ discussion, with traders linking it to election-related fears of tighter data-center and AI investment limits and a broader repricing of the AI trade. Others argue the move reflects stretched valuations and fund liquidations rather than election results alone, while some see the decline as an overreaction and anticipate a rebound.

Micron Technology Inc

Microns sharp selloff is part of a broader semiconductor and AI-stock rout, with traders focused on fears that post-election calls for AI regulation and data-center restrictions could slow infrastructure spending and chip demand; some also attribute the move to forced deleveraging. The community is split between bears warning that a slower AI buildout could pressure future growth and bulls arguing that demand and Microns fundamentals remain strong, making the selloff an overreaction.

Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. engages in the design and manufacture of optical communications products. Applied Optoelectronics Inc

AAOI is selling off sharply after its quarterly report despite beating estimates, as its next-quarter revenue outlook came in below expectations and management said U.S. capacity expansion will take longer because of power and construction delays. Bulls call the reaction excessive, pointing to a multiyear hyperscaler agreement and expected optical-demand growth, while bears focus on execution and near-term guidance risks.

DraftKings quarterly report and sharply reduced full-year outlook have sparked a selloff, with traders focused on weaker-than-expected results and heavy investment in its Predictions business weighing on profitability. VanEck ETF Trust - VanEck Semiconductor ETF

VanEck Semiconductor ETF

Fears that Democratic gains could constrain data-center expansion, alongside doubts about the returns and financing behind AI infrastructure spending, are weighing on semiconductor stocks. Traders are split between calling the selloff a warning that the AI trade is unwinding and viewing it as an overreaction to regulation concerns despite continuing chip demand.

Cloudflare, Inc. engages in the provision of cloud-based services to secure websites. #Leadership by Example Needed... @POTUS @WhiteHouse I've noticed here in #Florida that no more than 1/2 of the people are wearing face coverings or masks as the President's team has requested despite very high case numbers. The President said he would not wear a mask because of the way it would look to a Queen or Dictator visiting him in his office. 1st, they aren't showing up anytime soon. 2nd, you @POTUS need to lead as President #Xi did - by example. He's appeared in public wearing a mask. This leads me to conclude that opening up the US will be DELAYED vs. #China and #SouthKorea where the people are more disciplined and are being lead BY EXAMPLE. That's what leaders do... Sometimes too much discipline impedes creativity, but at this time, it may impede our return to health as a nation... What have you observed locally? What percentage of people are wearing masks/face coverings? Name your state if you respond. Thanks.

@SunAndStorm @POTUS @WhiteHouse Mask wearing in stores is now close to 100 percent here in Northern CA. They won't let you in if you don't have some kind of face covering. It's really unfair to checkers if you don't keep your droplets to yourself. I see some complaining in our local newspaper but that is as far as it goes. No yahoos with rebel flags yelling in everyones face.
