$ONDS Something extremely bullish I’ve been thinking about

What if ONDS made an ALL-CASH, ZERO-DILUTION accretive acquisition?

FPF Defense is a company I’d watch. A $50–75M all-cash deal could be very affordable for Ondas and, most importantly, wouldn’t require issuing any ONDS shares.

FPF’s SmartFlak/Hammerhead is a low-cost autonomous interceptor specifically designed to defeat Shahed-class one-way attack drones at scale—the same type of cheap attack drones being used heavily in Ukraine and the Middle East. Hammerhead is designed for the 9–20 km gap, with a cost per shot in the low tens of thousands vs. traditional interceptors costing millions.

The fit is excellent: Sentrycs = electronic C-UAS, Iron Drone = autonomous interception, DZYNE = ISR/C-UAS, Omnisys = orchestration. FPF adds another low-cost kinetic layer.

A little clue that led me to this idea is recently Ondas co-led FPF’s strategic investment in July, and FPF is moving its HQ to West Palm Beach alongside Ondas.

An all-cash FPF acquisition would be extremely bullish: strategic technology, potentially huge Shahed/C-UAS market, and ZERO DILUTION.

imagine the message: “We have the balance sheet and can acquire strategic assets without diluting shareholders.”

Pure speculation but I believe this is the kind of acquisition ONDS investors could actually get excited about. And I believe it’s more then doable

Would be a nice little change up for us investors and hopefully something our friend Eric Brock and the management team are considering 👊
