@WantedToRetireEarly iam on the same boat. My order is still pending (placed on 11/6). The stupid chat bot on the Biossance website literally says "I am still learning " SMH! If Amyris wants to sell directly to customer, it needs get its act together. I won't cancel the order but a new customer (non-shareholder) would.

@WantedToRetireEarly @Value1nv3stor at the end of the day, these shipping issues are growing pains. These issues should definitely be addressed + fixed to retain as much DTC as possible but at the same time it's important to remember that they had such record breaking holiday sales recently and customer svc is usually overall pretty good with their normal volume.

@WantedToRetireEarly I see this as growing pains and getting a glut of unexpected orders in the Black Friday window. Everyone expects them to come out of the gate firing on all cylinders but that couldn’t be further from reality when trying to scale ALL aspects of the business in a short period of time.
