Joining: Pinduoduo (+12.75%), Marvell Technology (+12.08%), Advanced Micro Devices (+7.61%), NXP Semiconductors (+7.74%), and Apple (+5.85%).

Leaving: Charter Communications (-0.43%), Diamondback Energy (+2.30%), Cadence Design Systems (+3.80%), Autodesk (+2.42%), and eBay (+5.02%).


RUSSELL 2000

The Russell 2000 Top 25 list (+14.76%) outperformed the Russell 2000 index (+2.36%).

There were five major changes to the list this week.

Joining:Β Wejo Group (+50.00%), LendingTree (+24.66%), Applied Digital (+33.33%), Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings (+18.54%), and Doma Holdings (+33.96%).

The Top 25 lists’ Top Dawg was Lucid Group Inc.,Β which rallied 64.58%. πŸ“ˆ

The entire electric vehicle sector received renewed buying interest following Tesla’s earnings after the bell on Wednesday. ⚑

But what really got Lucid Motors shares moving on Friday was speculation that Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) is considering buying a remaining stake in the luxury electric vehicle startup. Shares were up as much as 100% at their highs, ultimately closing up 43% on the day. πŸ“°
