If the 10yr deal is “absolute “; then it signifies a parlay for control…they know the looming interest rates can’t be bypassed!

Take the non depreciation “djt” path and lower my obligation by 10%! 
The only thing protected is 4.68!
They aren’t protecting balance sheet or intangibles… thats of course based on idea…that… it’s a contingency order of 10yr at a certain basis point of interest- hence first quarter 2026.

This tie down will evaporate….
But will contract stick?

If not?
The wild guess is???are better terms available?
