i don&#39;t undertand what is wrong in proposal 3 and proposal 4, it&#39;s shareholder friendly so that they can&#39;t do shit like selling for pennies on dollar.. the current board managment has alredy done  that so far IMO,so no point of of trusting there, I don&#39;t necessarily agree with proposal 5 and 6 as i don&#39;t trust  director picks..as there are no merits., it&#39;s all vested interest.. and all I can say managment better take care of us (retail shareholders) rather than just greasing their palms.I have significant shares to make a difference.
