About Roundhill Memory ETF (Backpack Securities)
Roundhill Memory ETF (Backpack Securities) (DRAM) is a tokenized security on the Solana blockchain that provides direct, 1:1 economic exposure to Roundhill Memory ETF. Each DRAM token is fully collateralized by one real-world share of SpaceX stock held in regulated custody. The asset is issued by Backpack Securities, a regulated U.S. brokerage, in partnership with the Sunrise tokenization infrastructure. Holders can redeem their tokens for actual Roundhill Memory ETF shares and transfer them to traditional brokerage accounts via established financial rails.
