Retail investors don&#39;t realize now that all the mega-cap hyperscalers will have more profitable &quot;Neocloud&quot; business segments alongside their other legacy, higher &quot;quality&quot; (i.e. higher margin + wider moat + durable cash flowing) business segments... YET all the mega-cap hyperscalers currently trade at a fraction of the valuation multiples of those sole neocloud companies. 
 
Why? No fundamental reason just hype lol. Beware the froth.
