We don't have "litigation uncertainty" --- we are currently proceeding through discovery on a Sherman anti-trust lawsuit *against* our surety bond providers, and if we prevail, could see in input of up to $1B of cash award. Call it "uncertainty"... I call it "potential", and it's still a strong net positive. G&A was up for the quarter only because share price was up, and that higher price used to value share compensation awards. Ya, it costs us some money, but I'll take the higher share price. Finally, it is the business model here to tune production to their quarterly financial goals. Commodity revenue was UP largely on production being DOWN abit... that is not the sign of trouble, that is the sign of a miser conserving resources while booking a quarterly profit and a ton of free cash. If they had kept the taps open, we would have blown away the already-good numbers. (I advocate for this production increase, by the way). The pros still outweigh the cons here.
