In lawsuits news, we have filed a motion to compel one of the 3rd parties in this case for communication records with the sureties… Since this is a company WE hired to procure bonds, this should be a non-issue, but for “some reason” they are hiding all kinds of records from us. This sure isn’t a good look from an anti-trust perspective. Meg hits another brief out of the park on this one. Let’s go, Judge Dena… let’s open up this can of worms, and see what slithers out.

$WTI New docket control calendar posted in Sureties Case. Trial is about 1 year out from now, with final discovery, depositions, expert testimony prep, dispositive motions, and pre-trial prep schedule in the coming 11 months. McGriff was also called out by the sureties as holding back on document production. Those dudes are gonna get roasted by Judge Dena at the next status conf on Nov 10. It is gonna be boring from here on out, as they just go through the mechanics of it all at this point. No side seems ready to settle and this may be the rare Federal Court Case that actually goes to trial.

$WTI Oil is not flowing normally from Middle East. October Shortfall: -Kpler: 6.6 million barrels “per day” or 28% below its prewar baseline. -Vortexa: at least 3.1 million barrels “per day” or approximately 17% below its minimum prewar baseline. Always verify what see, read, and hear. 🫵

$WTI Increased production, fell 4% above high point of guidance. About time TK! Grew unrestricted cash and cash equivalents 27% to $191.3 million from $150.7 million at June 30, 2026, which resulted in a 20% decrease in Net Debt to $160.7 million from $200.9 million at June 30, 2026. I like the direction of positive cash flows and production! CC tomorrow am!

$WTI $WTI I haven’t commented much in the past week because I don’t even know what this is that I’m watching. 95% of the time if the price of a barrel of WTI oil goes down then we really go down in stock price. Can someone explain to me how oil is tanking and our beloved WTI stock is holding steady? I’m just not understanding the inverse economics or the counterintuitive economics of what I’m seeing here.
