&#39;supraman84&#39; in my opinon is asking the wrong question. Tell this user to ask @Steve_Reinharz if he is really serious about his business plan, if Steve truly believes in what he is telling shareholders to do the following. 
 
- Effective immediately file an Item 1.01 Material Event SEC 8K Filing telling the United States Securities Commission that going forward his Ceo Bonus will based on a Non Reverse Split price of 10 cents or higher for 40 days or more. This will eliminate any possible accounting tricks to report that AITX is generating a profit, if this is being done currently? Should Profit be calculated when revenue is greater than expenses?  
 
- In the same Item 1.01 Material Event 8K SEC Filings immediately reduce the value of his Series G shares from $1,000 to $250 
 
So my message to Steve is prove to the Market that you are willing to make the sacrifices needed to increase shareholder value.
