Amazon.com’s (AMZN) server-chip design unit Annapurna Labs’ leader Gadi Hutt has reportedly left the company.
The Information reported, citing people familiar with the matter, that Hutt, a director of product and customer engineering, has left Amazon. The e-commerce giant acquired Annapurna in 2015 for $350 million and Hutt has been one of the key spokespeople for the company’s Trainium chips, the report noted.
Shares of AMZN closed down 2% and edged up 0.2% after hours on Thursday.
