As explained above, Litecoin can transact a lot faster than Bitcoin, but there are also a number of other characteristics that investors need to know before trading. Litecoin can handle higher volumes of transactions because of the capability of transacting faster and if Bitcoin attempted to transact on the scale of its altcoin, a code update would be needed. However, Litecoin’s blocks would be larger, but with more ‘orphaned blocks'. The faster block time of litecoin reduces the risk of double spending attacks - this is theoretical in the case of both networks having the same hashing power.  Litecoin Technical Details: The transaction confirmation time taken for Litecoin is about 2.5 minutes on average (as compared to Bitcoin's 10 minutes). The Litecoin network is scheduled to cap at 84 million currency units.   Litecoin has inspired many other popular alternative currencies (eg. Dogecoin) because of its Scrypt hashing algorithm in order to prevent ASIC miners from mining those coins. However it is said that by the end of this year, Scrypt ASIC will enter the mass market.

The company also sees a year-on-year dip in fourth quarter revenue of 40.1% to 34.2%.In comparison, Li’s rival Nio delivered 277,893 vehicles this year through November-end, marking a growth of about 46% year-over-year. XPeng, meanwhile, delivered 391,937 vehicles in the period, exceeding its annual sales target of 350,000 units.Earlier this month, HSBC downgraded Li Auto to ‘Hold’ from ‘Buy’ and slashed its price target significantly to $18.60 from $30.30. Further review later showed that the incident may have exposed personal information tied to as many as 33.7 million customers, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, shipping details and some order history.However, last week, the company <a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/christmas-party-stocks-still-ongoing-2025/cLeULetRED2">said</a> that the leak perpetrator, a former employee, accessed 33.7 million accounts, but only retained user data from approximately 3,000 accounts. The perpetrator also subsequently deleted the user data, the company said after an investigation that it claimed was conducted in close coordination with the government.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Government Is Not Convinced</h2>Science Minister Bae Kyung-hoon on Wednesday reportedly slammed the company’s probe findings. "While they claim that information from 3,000 accounts was deleted, the data can still be stored somewhere. If it is kept on a cloud platform, it is even harder to trace," Bae said, as reported by Yonhap. The government also rejected Coupang’s investigation findings as a "unilateral" conclusion of a still ongoing investigation.“Coupang should have disclosed fact-based investigation findings or plans for compensation. The sale positions the company to reinvest capital in its core higher-growth segments including deployable AI, real-time sensor processing, and rugged edge systems engineered for mission-critical defense and commercial environments, the company <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2025/12/30/3211590/0/en/OSS-Announces-the-Sale-of-Bressner-Technology-GmbH-to-Hiper-Euro-GMBH.html">said.</a>Alongside the divestment, the company said it now expects revenue of $30 million to $32 million for the full year, marking year-over-year growth of 22% to 30%. OSS in November had said that it expects full-year consolidated revenue of $63 million to $65 million, including OSS segment revenue of $30 million to $32 million.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Pivot Into Higher-Growth Segments</h2>Bressner acquired Bressner for about $5.6 million and since then, Bressner has increased annual sales from approximately $18.3 million in 2019 to nearly $33 million on a trailing 12-month basis as of September 30, 2025, the company said.OSS President and CEO Mike Knowles termed the transaction an “important milestone” in the company’s evolution.“With a more focused, streamlined and simplified business, we expect to end 2025 with a significant cash position, no debt, strong year-over-year sales growth, and higher gross margin.
