Shares of healthcare group Cosmos Health Inc (COSM) were in the spotlight on Tuesday afternoon after the company announced the launch of its Sky Premium Life food supplements brand in Albania.
The company said the launch is in partnership with Tirana-based pharmaceutical company Pharma Cell, which will serve as the distributor in Albania.
Cosmos Health secured an initial annual order worth $300,000 and anticipates further scaling its collaboration with Pharma Cell over time.
CEO Greg Siokas said that the Sky Premium Life brand continues to see strong international growth and anticipates establishing the brand’s presence in Albania.
Sky Premium Life is focused on producing nutritional supplements and vitamins to enhance overall health.
One of their best-selling products is a dietary supplement with collagen, hyaluronic acid, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, zinc, and copper for radiant skin, strong hair, and nails. It currently operates in multiple European countries.
In February, Cosmos announced the addition of 60 new stock-keeping units (SKUs) to its Sky Premium Life brand to meet growing demand, bringing the total number of SKUs to over 150.
The company is also targeting a market launch of its weight management solution, CCX0722, in the first or second quarter of 2026. Earlier this year, the firm said it was entering the final stage of development for the medical device.
On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around Cosmos improved from ‘extremely bearish’ to ‘bearish’ territory while message volume increased marginally while staying within ‘normal’ levels over the past 24 hours.
A Stocktwits user, however, opined that the news holds no relevance.
Cosmos shares are down by 50% this year and by nearly 51% over the past 12 months.
