For four straight quarters the development balance took 253 million to 285 million dollars out of Regeneron's share of Dupixent and Kevzara profits. It was 929.7 million dollars across 2025, up from 459.8 million in 2023. The balance hit zero at the end of June, so Q3 is the first quarter where that cut just isn't there anymore. The year-ago quarter still had 268.1 million dollars taken out.
