Congressional reporting mandates require lawmakers to report asset transactions within specified value ranges, not exact figures. According to official disclosures filed with the Clerk of the House of Representatives, the family's acquisitions span several distinct holdings across both companies.

For Bloom Energy, the filings list an initial transaction on July 24 consisting of ten thousand Class A common shares valued between $1 million and $5 million, accompanied by one hundred call options with a $100 strike price expiring on June 17, 2027, also valued between $1 million and $5 million.

A secondary transaction on July 28 added another 5,000 common shares valued between $ 500,000 and $1 million, along with an additional 100 call options at the same $100 strike price and June 2027 expiration, valued between $ 500,000 and $1 million.

Across the total fifteen thousand common shares and two hundred call option contracts, the overall disclosed portfolio value in Bloom Energy ranges between $3 million and $12 million.

For Intel Corp., the filing highlights a July 24 acquisition of 10,000 common shares valued between $ 500,000 and $1 million and call options with a $50 strike price expiring on June 17, 2027, with a reported value between $ 250,000 and $ 500,000.

Market Response And Intraday Stock Movement

After the report's release, Bloom Energy shares traded higher during market hours, gaining roughly 2% to $206 per share. Market participants noted elevated volume as institutional and retail investors digested the leveraged, multi-year bullish stance reflected in deep in-the-money call options.

Conversely, Intel Corp. shares fell during the session, slipping about 3% to trade around $87 per share. The pullback coincided with broader semiconductor sector movements ahead of Nvidia (NVDA) and Marvell Technologies’ (MRVL) quarterly results this week.

The latest transaction report builds on earlier portfolio adjustments the lawmaker disclosed. In filings submitted earlier in June, the California representative disclosed purchases of long-term call option contracts in both Intel Corp. and ride-hailing company Uber Technologies (UBER).
