Online brokerage Robinhood (HOOD) on Thursday announced the rollout of its desktop trading platform, Robinhood Legend, in the U.K., which will become available to all customers over the coming weeks.

The platform, launched in the U.S. in October, is fully customizable and will be available at no additional cost to all Robinhood account holders.

Robinhood said its U.K. customers displayed interest in Robinhood Legend and were eager for its introduction in their country.

The platform offers a personalized trading setup, allowing customers to organize their screen with the tools they need to execute their trading strategy, build their own custom layout, link widgets to create synced groups, and instantly update symbols across layouts and tabs.

The platform also provides a range of charting tools, deeper analysis capability, real-time data, and custom intervals, among other things.

President Jordan Sinclair said that Robinhood Legend offers speed, precision, and customization with a powerful and intuitive platform, calling it the “new standard” for modern trading.

"Retail customers are a lot more engaged in the market, a lot more thoughtful about what they're invested in, more interested in the news and movements and passionate about the names they hold," Sinclair said, according to a Reuters report.

Earlier this month, Robinhood announced the acquisition of WonderFi, a Canadian provider of digital asset products and services.

WonderFi operates two of the country’s longest-standing regulated crypto platforms, with over C$2.1 billion ($1.52 billion) in assets under custody. Robinhood said it will acquire all outstanding common shares for C$0.36 apiece. The all-cash purchase price represents a total equity value of approximately C$250 million.

Robinhood shares traded 0.35% higher in Wednesday’s pre-market session. The stock gained over 67% in 2025 and 222% in the past 12 months.
