Subros Ltd on Monday (November 10) reported an 11.8% year-on-year increase in net profit at ₹40.7 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, compared with ₹36.4 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue rose 6.2% year-on-year to ₹879.8 crore from ₹828.3 crore. The company said the improvement in revenue was driven by higher volumes and the start of production (SOP) for new business awards in both passenger and commercial vehicle segments.

For the first half of FY26, revenue stood at ₹1,758 crore, up 7.3% from ₹1,638 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA for the half year rose 7.6% to ₹175.7 crore, while profit before tax increased 13.7% to ₹108.9 crore.
According to Subros, the quarter saw continued development of new EV-related business projects awarded in the previous fiscal year, along with progress on new internal combustion engine and hybrid vehicle programmes. It also reported higher material costs due to commodity price movements and annual salary revisions impacting manpower expenses.
The company remains India’s largest manufacturer of air conditioning and thermal products, with a market share of 42% in passenger car air-conditioning systems and 44% in truck air-conditioning and blower systems.
