$AVXL After a quick chat with management, I feel much more confident going forward with this investment. You can sense how deliberately Terrie wants to run the company. The narrowed pipeline allows the company to retain fiscal responsibility while conducting hand-in-hand relationships with regulators (namely the FDA). With Dr. Missling gone and the board having been 'revitalized', Anavex's leadership has a real opportunity to leverage industry experts and make this thing happen in a wholly collaborative ecosystem/consortium. Expect updates as they come. Otherwise, sit back and let's see how the new team gets to business - the cogs are already in motion.

$AVXL Step back and think about it for a moment ... the ineffective management has been removed. The ineffective attempt by PVG (and a lame one at that) has been eliminated. As someone mentioned below, the 'adults' are now running the show. Seriously, TK and the board stepped in, they are going though a disciplined and methodical process to rebuild trust with the shareholder community and the regulatory agencies. That's not an overnight thing and yet they are making rapid progress. TK promised updates between now and November as meaningful and significant events unfold. At this point a modicum of patience is certainly warranted.

$AVXL I talked to Cliff today, he did not say this directly, but Rett sounds like is first. Meeting with FDA very soon for AD trial design, said don't put faith in anything Missling said so at this point could be 1,500 patients or could be something totally different. What got me excited about Rett is that sounds like it will be US sites only, my impression so don't put much into it is that all the noise came from sites that were having non-experienced people filling out the questionnaires. I imagine when Terrie removed that noise she got a clear picture. For Rett: This is my thoughts, that Rett community is a super tight knit group. I think enrollment this time will be different. I think Mothers will be clamoring to the sites and I half wonder if it could be enrolled in a few months, once it is announced I am thinking there will be a waiting list to get into the trial, they know all the miraculous stories by now. Its not about getting on drug, for them it will be about getting the drug to market. If that is the case, it could actually be quite quick. the trial will only be 12 weeks, you might have the whole thing done in a year if you had 20-25 very experienced centers. For Fragile X nothing new they looked at mode of action and they think it is a very strong target. No idea if we can go right into a p2/3 but if Anavex can, Fragile X has a similar caregiver group to Rett. They might be able to use the same strategy to quickly bang out that trial as well. If Rett is worth a billion, Fragile X is worth 10 billion. Well I am the most excited I have been since EMA smackdown day about Anavex.

$AVXL FYI, all Alz stocks have taken A beating over the past month notably avxl, axsm and anvs. Nothing has changed w the science or trial data or the plan moving forward. In fact the next 3 months have multiple catalysts inc potentially an adaptive, accelerated approval trial design for Alz. That trial (which would include AbClear3 for accelerated) at this stage, added 15-20b to each of the MAB companies. It’s a game changer if awarded. Be certain, that’s the data driven direction Anavex will be pursuing. We will know soon enough. Team is collaborating w regulators to deliver on 3 new trials. Amazing what can be accomplished and time saved over the lifecycle when you engage upfront with those who approve. Ask for forgiveness later doesn’t work in this space. GLTA

$AVXL I did a deep dive into Anavex’s steep price decline, this is what I found. This sudden drop is tied to official events, most notably: 1.) The recent Wave of Class Action Lawsuits: On 9/30 and 10/1, multiple prominent law firms filed class action lawsuits against Anavex. 2.) These lawsuits are based on the company's own prior SEC filings. They point directly to Anavex’s admission of "material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting” and the fallout surrounding the termination of Missling for cause earlier this year. 3.) The termination of C.M. on April 30th was for conduct "inconsistent with Company Policy," a development the lawsuits claim was hidden until subsequent delayed regulatory filings forced the disclosure, harming shareholders. 4.) Seizing on these lawsuits, off-exchange short selling for Anavex has turned highly aggressive — all thanks to the misdeeds of Christoper Missling. I believe in the science, I am long Anavex, and I ain’t selling one share!

$AVXL Blaming current clinical leadership for legacy trial gaps completely ignores the actual timeline. The missing ADME and DDI clinical pharmacology stems from how the broader Alzheimer's program was run under Missling's barebones model from 2015 through 2023. When Kellmeyer, Edwards, and Lopez-Talavera arrived in early 2024 to inject real regulatory rigor, they inherited an incomplete package on a rushed EMA clock. Running these ADME and DDI studies today does the foundational legwork that should have happened years ago, ensuring the company sits down with the FDA with clean data rather than repeating past missteps. That context explains why this exact trio are the sole company authors on the upcoming CTAD presentation alongside core SAB leaders Sabbagh, Gabelle, and Grimmer. The board installed them while Missling was still there, so when he failed and was ousted, a seasoned team was already in place to take the reins and execute.

$AVXL I think the present board is super pissed. They've been humiliated and snookered by Missling. I think they are on a tear to repair their reputations, advance Anavex and help society. Yup. No question in my mind.

$AVXL I bought 4K more shares at $2.25, a little early admittedly, but riding this out. I remember buying around 8k shares around the same price way back when and it was the Best Buy ever, although I didn’t ever sell and capitalize on them. This will turn around, just not fast. $AVXL Readimg the First 100 day piece and it sounds like a first term students business 101 Project at a low grade business school. The lofty goal of hiring a top line CEO with CNS background and industry connections that will leave a good job to lead a company with the baggage AVXL has after Missiling ain't gonna happen. A CEO like that would just have his company acquire AVXL (lower risk). Terri knows that she will ultimately be replaced, but I think she is setting the company up to be courted for a solid partner that could ultimately acquire AVXL. The rest of their proposals are common sense and the reconfigured AVXL BOD will be following a similar plan. They have been passive until now, but they aren't idiots. The tutes will vote with the BOD, the drama will be over and if Terri lives up to her commitments, Blarcamesine will be back on track. If she wasn’t comfotable with the science she wouldnt be back. Bold prediction on my part, but I am holding. Good luck to all longs.

$AVXL Impressions. 1) Deeply understands the average long term shareholder. First time I've ever heard anyone associated with this company indicate any concern for transparency and an intent for lucid operational rigor. 2) Will absolutely be a good steward of cash. Understands laser focus on commercialization enables all the rest. Shots on goal don't matter if there's no ball to kick or kicker. 3) As a teacher, I can hear/intuit her organization, time management, and concise delivery of what matters. This matches and will translate to an operational efficiency which will surprise retail. 4) No Alzheimer's details--I don't actually care. Man, they are shoring up every shitty thing that dumbass egomaniac left us with, and I can nearly guarantee that we will hear immediately whatever progress happens whenever it is pertinent and pivotal. They are in the weeds, and her demeanor and seriousness takes me from a constant 2 to an 8 in terms of confidence in the work. JMHO.

$AVXL Listening to Patrick Adams' diatribe for almost 10 minutes now has confirmed in me even more to not elect a single member of PVG. His presentation starts off on such a negative and uncharitable note that it's hard to see how this person has any good intentions and is not just completely self-serving. Moreover, he's just repeating what PVG has already articulated, which simply doesn't stand up to scrutiny for reasons many on this board have already conveyed very nicely. I hope everyone will vote the white card so we can finally move forward with some clarity and progress that has already been made. Particularly galling about Patrick Adams' opening statement was calling out Terry K's lack of CEO experience, while not saying anything charitable about what she's actually done. It's the classic attack, attack, attack and build on people's fears, while without actually offering a viable alternative.

$AVXL Okay Terri, now is the time to do something Missling always missed: "Execute the Game Plan!" Oh, and tell investors exactly what that Game Plan actually is and not in Missling obfuscation speak.

$AVXL Taking what seems to be a contrarian view. Once leadership is sorted out - and I expect the white team to prevail - and the company developes a workable plan to launch the trials needed, the SP will begin to recover. The company has a good chunk of cash which is available to get things moving from the current dead-stop. Good risk/reward from here. Will add if it drops much more from here.

$AVXL My significant number of shares remain in support of the board. NOT PVG. This isn’t the time to gamble. I want our board to have the opportunity to produce. Distraction would be devastating.
