It was a few weeks ago but when Aura&#39;s ceo was talking about pricing they referenced the approved drug for the choroidal melanoma that has spread, which goes for about 600k before the patient dies. Am I off my rocker thinking that between choroidal melanoma and mets that they will just be doing 5 billion dollars in revenue if the data pattern holds?

@rando321456 well, maybe not that much, but I&#39;ve said that the aura deal was the worst mistake CLSD made. Worse than switching ODESSEY away from vabysmo comparitor, worse than the SAPPHIRE trial design.  AURA had zero chance of success without the SCS, and CLSD gave it to them for 3%.  And the deal expires with the patent.

Idk we have to take into account ROW developed countries aswell and that the market is probably rapidly growing due to how many old people there are. I think 5 is the high end if mets is approved and 1.5 is on the low end. 
 
The license states that the term expires after the later of ten years or the last valid claim runs out.(without valid claim the rate is adjusted however) 
 
I hold Clearside should be able to get royalty flow through from Aura through the late 2030s, maybe even early 2040s if they wind up extending some patents. 
 
In terms of if they should have been more aggressive? Maybe given what we know of Bel-Sar now, I resolve this problem by simply buying Aura shares at their own discounted prices instead of Clearside shares tho.
