Lets game the 2030s out abit, either 45X will get extended another 5-10 years or it will not. If the incentives get extended then the ITC will probably be renewed and First Solar should probably be worth 1k+. 
 
If they are not renewed then we now have a minimum import price of 40+ cents a watt accounting for tariffs. Ontop of that the solar cpw in the US would go up ~17 cents for everyone. First Solar will probably have a CPW of 20-25 cents and ASPs of ~40 cents in this scenario and can probably do a 20 GW business in the US accounting for the ~12 billion they will be getting for the remainder of the IRA it&#39;s hard to assign a price below 500. 
 
Ontop of all of this are their tandem efforts which could explode their TAM.
