How do they keep the ownership they deserve? Dilution. Dilution to the extent that they own 98% of the company and ppl who hold shares of the shell are squeezed out. Shell acquisitions are scams.

Once details of the deal are public the volatility will be crazy up and down. I think after the initial excitement this will tank. It could rebound but i dont know if thwre will be value of holding through that if my shares are worth an eighth of what they were during the initial excitement (uptrend)
