$ABVX A few posters on ST and X love ridiculing Marc (MdG) simply because a deal hasn’t been signed yet. They seem to think he’s dragging his feet or turning down lucrative offers of $17B+. That ignores the fact that Marc is heavily incentivized to get a deal done. 50.75% of his entire AGA-2025-1 award is specifically tied to M&A, which works out to roughly $95M at a $200 share price (475,000 shares) if a deal happens. Other senior executives also have similar M&A-related shares in their grants. He’s over 70 and could receive around $95M just for signing a deal, before even considering the additional grants that have their own acceleration provisions if a tender offer results in a change of control. If you still believe he wants to GIA, you not MdG deserves the ridicule.

$ABVX 1,500 of February 2027 $120/$150 call spreads were bought for a debit $3.85 or $580K in premium. Didn't see large bets like this in a while.

$ABVX told ya it would dip after earnings which wasn't meaningful and everything is on track. Gap is filled. Re traced all gains. Now is a good buy zone.

$ABVX French regulatory disclosure reveals that Helikon Investments has substantially increased its position in Abivax. Confirmed figures: September 25: 4,506,844 shares, representing 5.16% of capital. October 8: 5,426,529 shares, representing 6.22% of capital and 6.13% of reported voting rights. Increase: approximately 920,000 shares, or 20.4%, in less than two weeks.

$ABVX balance sheet is stronger they bought back royalties and are funded till end of 2029. NDA submission soon and crohns results mid 27. Good to buy dips here into NDA filing. Crohns data if it looks good is a lot of fuel.

$ABVX In my opinion I see this transacting between $15-$20B by June next year, very high probability of it happening during JPM conference in January. CSO & CMO changes are just noise. They will not fumble the ball on NDA filing and they have hit all of their timelines. COMMUNICATION is minimal and to the point. You will not see any hints from management about M&A. It will in the headlines before anyone can figure it out. It does suck to see $350K profit evaporate in the last 2 months 🫠🫠🫠

I believe much of the disappointment here is because of the price action, post S-4. Had the price been $3+ most of us wouldn't be so forensic about the S-4 or deal. Currently the share price is attrocious. While primarily, the not so exciting deal is to blame for it, the rising yields also havent helped. There are other far bigger and relatively de-risked pre-revenue companies like $ABVX $NKTR among others which have substantially corrected in the last couple of weeks, even after reporting great Phase 3 or Phase 2 data. $CMMB PIPE investors are marque investors, I doubt they would like $SCIP to trade around $4 ($CMMB equivalent of $1.4) when the ticker goes live after merger close, sepcially when they are investing at $15/$SCIP share and warrants at $7.5. $CMMB is back to very thin volume trading, it wont take much buying for $CMMB to reach $3+.

$ABVX & $INSM add today. I think MBG finds jems and timed intraday bottoms well. Tighter stops cause larger positions. Just noting here to come back for reference to performance
