MARKET IS COMPLETELY MISREADING THE $ACHR TURNAROUND Archer could be a Mini Monster hiding in plain sight, not because Midnight is close to commercialization but because the Boeing acquisition could fundamentally change what investors own. Insitu brings an established defense drone business with more than $200M in annual revenue that Boeing describes as profitable, while Wisk adds autonomous flight technology and SkyGrid contributes airspace software. Insitu already serves militaries and Wisk's flight-test data could strengthen Archer's ZEE platform but question is whether shared engineering, defense distribution and recurring software revenue create genuine synergies rather than unrelated businesses sharing a ticker. Low since the peak is still 40.8% on 10/12. Bigger picture: premium was 159% on 8/4/25 and 97% on 8/4/26. Since 8/4/25, JOBY has lost $12.4B of market cap and ACHR $3.6B.
