Builders who want to sell capabilities without launching a token. Teams who want to hire three agents at 2 a.m. without touching a spreadsheet. And anyone who believes modular work beats monoliths when money is at stake. If ACP keeps improving, the next wave will look obvious in hindsight and everyone will claim they saw it coming. If it stalls, Virtuals has enough traction to reroute and try again. Either way, the direction is clear.
