$ADAPY After perusing the AR again..its seems that mgmt wants the shell to continue for a while...is quite possible that they'll structured any future technology sale as a long term events, such as a partnership for the Platform technology. I had hope the company close up shop by December and make a distribution. Many shareholders are getting tired of waiting and want to move on. I believe the actives on this board hold a large chuck of shares maybe we can force the issue...write to the BOD..they are legally bound to read all shareholders letters...I personally own 1.2 million shares..if we can 30% of more we can get a quorum. I believe the threshold for Adapy is 30%.

$ADAPY Quantitatively speaking...with $32 million in net equity and $7 million added recently, investors buying at these prices can't lose. Aside from the usual "act of God" risks.....there's only one scenario where one can lose here.....if mgmt decided to continue/accelerate operations indefinitely burning up cash. I will continue to buy.
