The Parts Supply segment consists of aftermarket distribution of new, original equipment manufacturers supplied replacement parts and sales and leasing of used serviceable material. The Repair, Engineering, and Software segment provides Airframe maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), Component MRO, and integrated software solutions. The Government Solutions segment includes fleet management and operations of customer-owned aircraft, customized performance-based supply chain logistics programs. The Legacy Commercial Programs segment consists of asset-heavy flight hour-based component pool and repair programs for commercial airlines and distribution of consumables and expendables inventory. The company was founded by Ira A. Eichner in 1951 and is headquartered in Wood Dale, IL.
