$AMOD $AMOD Guys just a piece of non financial advice. Whenever you see a conpany does this, put it on a no trade list whether you trade long or short and never trade it again. You can’t trust what they say on the long or short side. That drop was one of the most nasty ones i’ve seen recently in regular market hours trading, with no halt till a 37% drop. Almost 60% drop from the top with only 1 halt is just crazy. Be careful guys. Get out as soon as a trade goes against you. No HODL through a dump.

Based on Bitcoin’s market price as of October 20, 2026, the holdings represent more than $250 million in gross digital asset value, compared with an original agreed transaction valuation of approximately $225 million. The transaction also included warrants to purchase an additional 51,621,560 shares, exercisable at $4.36 per share. The warrants are not exercisable on a cashless basis, and if exercised in full for cash under their existing terms, the warrants could provide approximately $225 million in additional gross proceeds to the Company.

$AMOD i think yesterdays little pump was AMOD can’t get the offering closed way below offering price, no volume etc. pump the stock up a bit, draw in volume to get offering closed. Either way, still think this is way oversold here

$AMOD $WORX looking for help here guys WHAT MAKES A COMPANY ANNOUNCE A OFFERING AND SOME NEVER ANNOUNCE IT?? Same exact filings, different results. This is why I go small on every position. If I can figure out why they announce it(NEVER ENDS WELL WHEN ANNOUNCED) I can finally size up and get to where I need to be. I do all I can to protect myself but always go small on the ones that never announce it The ones that don’t announce it always squeeze hard, how does one unlock this simple reporting obligation?? $AMOD found these failure to deliver shares that would be required at market price..thus the $1.15 price potentially for those 6.3Mshares but doesnt say on stortable stocks website who has failed to deliver, so dont know but just looking for facts right now to predict the buyback that may unfold
