Where are the pumpers: Director of this, Trader of that , with apparently thousands of followers? Where is the Big guy saying : "watch on Tuesday!?". They're probably gone because they risk being reported. If you don't know this behavior is called market manipulation: under federal law, criminal convictions for these market violations carry severe penalties of up to 20 years in federal prison per offense. They would probably try to say: well, nobody obliged you to invest in this stock... I respond :spreading misinformation is against the law. Everything those pumpers did has been recorded. Uhuh

$AMZE It's insane how many bulls still kept their head in the sand, day after day, red after red, for days, for months, for years. Blocking everybody who doubted the stock. stated so much bullshit, which proved out to be so wrong that he finally deleted his account because of all the bullshit. In the end he didn't even acknowledge the delisting, and refused to be wrong. AMZE had such shitty products, that if you actually took 5 seconds to check their websites, you would see they were trash.

$AMZE after seeing a total of $13 spent on shares this morning, I had to re-read the dilution news one more time. So they are trying to sell 100 million dollars worth of shares at a discount to VWAP. I about spit my coffee. This had to be the number 1 worst ran company I have ever invested in. How do you discount a penny? If they raise 500 bucks, I’d be surprised. Only hope they have is to completely cancel the equity funding, admit they made a mistake, announce no deal with anyone and try to move forward with what they have.

My vote is they won’t raise 50 dollars before they declare bankruptcy. Who in their right minds would invest another dollar here knowing their share gets diluted 4 billion times. Another great question: if the deal fell through and by their own statements they will be a profitable company by Q12027, why sell any shares. They are liars.
