BEP takes on the risk of the Westinghouse buyout then when it turns into a home run Brookfield demands they spin it off so Brookfield can take a large cut of the pie that BEP shareholders should have gotten by taking on the risk? How does anyone invest in anything Brookfield beyond the parent company when you take all the risk and see none of the reward? Westinghouse should have been a home run for investors but now investors get crumbs and BN takes the premium?
